We are super pumped about our new acquisition! It is quite a gem! The property is located in Jonathan’s Landing, a beautiful golf course community in Jupiter, Palm Beach County Florida near the beaches.
Scope of the rehab:
There is a lot of rehab work ahead of us: we plan to take out all the wallpaper and carpet, knock out a couple of walls to create an open concept kitchen, add additional square footage by incorporating the covered Florida room into the main floor plan, install new flooring throughout, and remodel all bathrooms. In the master bath, we plan to open it up and create a spa-like bathtub! Outside, we are doing a new roof, new A/C, replace some damaged windows and new paint.
